TECHNOLOGY OF PURIFICATION
OF THE SEWAGE PRODUCED BY PIG-BREEDING COMPLEXES
This flow chart includes sewage treatment with caustic magnesite and superphosphate in reaction chamber 1, settling in settler 2 and double-stage biological purification in CW1 and CW2, alkalization of the purified water and its settling in settler 3, neutralization of the water by acid and its disinfection in mixer 4 and contact reservoir 5. The excess sludge of CW, reagent sediment of 3, the filtrate of sediment dewatering installation 6 are discharged to the reaction chamber. After being mechanically dewatered and heat-dried, the sediment is used as a valuable organic mineral fertilizer.
